Christa | July 26, 2013
Emily Corio Teaching Assistant Professor Emily Corio recently produced a report for NPR’s All Things Considered. The story, “Fish Return To A Mining County River,” is about the restoration of the Cheat River in the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia. The river was a casualty of acid mine drainage until a group of locals cleaned it up. You can listen to Emily’s report at www.npr.org.
